This notice explains what information the WECAN Alumni Network collects, why, and how it's handled. It is intentionally plain-language.

What we collect

We only collect information that alumni choose to submit through our profile form — such as name, graduation year, career details, a short bio, an optional photo, and an optional LinkedIn link. We also collect an email address so we can follow up about a submission.

How we use it

• To create and publish alumni profiles on this website — only with explicit consent given on the form.
• To contact a submitter about their profile.
• Email addresses are not published on the site.

Consent and control

Profiles are published only after the alumnus consents and the school's marketing team reviews the submission. If you'd like your profile edited or removed at any time, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Recent graduates

Some recent graduates may be under 18. For those submissions, we follow the school district's data and consent policies. When in doubt, we ask for parental or guardian consent before publishing.
