Their journey
Jasmine always says her favorite teachers are the reason she became one. She studied elementary education at Montclair State and student-taught right here in the district.
Now in her own classroom, she's known for turning reluctant readers into kids who beg for ten more minutes of story time.
Advice to current students
Find the thing you'd do even if no one paid you. For me that was helping younger kids learn. Build a career around it.
